Daren A.C. Carollo has proudly served as the Artistic Director of Diablo Theatre Company since May of 2005. Under his leadership, Diablo Theatre Company has increased production, doubled our contributed income, grown our regional reputation, expanded our educational programming and improved our branding. Daren has stage directed more than forty-five productions in the last decade, including Diablo Theatre Company productions of Peter Pan, Miss Saigon, The Drowsy Chaperone, A Grand Night for Singing, Curtains, the sold out production of Brigadoon in Concert, as well as our teen company, STARS 2000′s production of Fiddler on the Roof. He has also directed for Solano College Theatre, Napa Valley Opera House, Ohlone College, Town Hall Theatre Company, DRAA’s On Broadway, El Campanil Theatre, Role Players Ensemble, and Contra Costa Civic Theatre. Before joining Diablo Theatre Company, Daren was the Production Manager for the Marin Theatre Company and Willows Theatre Company, and Technical Director for Center REPertory Company and the Lesher Center for the Arts. He has been an AEA stage manager since 1999 working for Illinois Shakespeare Festival, Center REP, MTC and The Willows. Daren is also a member of the Theatre Services Committee for Theatre Bay Area. He received his BA in Theatre from Illinois State University. Krissy Gray began her Marketing career in the Motion Picture Industry, where she was the Director of In-Theater Marketing for Gramercy Pictures, Destination Films and Focus Features. She had the privilege of marketing the Academy Award winning films: Fargo, Dead Man Walking, The Usual Suspects and The Piano to name a few. She also collaborated on, designed and oversaw a number of special events ranging from movie premieres, Oscar parties, trade shows and conventions while in Los Angeles. After moving back to the Bay Area, Krissy ran the Marketing and Special Events department for a risk management company in Walnut Creek. Krissy has been an active part of Diablo Theatre Company since she was 8 years old – dancing and singing onstage, working backstage and choreographing. An accomplished dancer, Krissy has danced all over the world including China and at the World Expo in Australia. She has a BA in Communication Arts and Dance from Loyola Marymount University.

Brittany Danielle is delighted to be joining Diablo Theatre Company, after spending the last three years as Executive Artistic Assistant and Special Events Coordinator at Children’s Musical Theater of San Jose (CMTSJ). Born and raised in the Bay Area, Brittany is best known as a performer, last seen in Center REPertory’s smash hit, Smokey Joe’s Café. Other Regional credits include: Jamie Lynn Spears in OFF Center’s Becoming Britney (BATCC Award), Ilona in She Loves Me (BATCC Award, Shellie Nomination), and Brooke in Noises Off (Shellie Nomination) – Center REPertory, Amber Von Tussle in CCMT’s Hairspray, Ulla in The Producers (Foothill Music Theater), Velma in West Side Story with American Idol’s Diana DeGarmo and Bebe in A Chorus Line directed by original Broadway cast member Kay Cole, (American Musical Theater of San Jose), Holly in The Wedding Singer (The Willows), and Eva Peron in Evita – Best Actress Award (Tri-Valley Rep.) Brittany has directed and choreographed for the Children’s Musical Theater of San Jose, Marquee Productions, and Hope Musical Theater. She is a proud member of Actor’s Equity. Carol Edlinger has costumed many productions for Diablo Theatre Company including Curtains, On The Town, The Will Rogers Follies, Man of La Mancha, Peter Pan, The Music Man, Thoroughly Modern Millie, My Fair Lady, Miss Saigon, West Side Story, The King and I, The Wizard of Oz, The Scarlett Pimpernel, No, No, Nanette, plus dozens of shows for STARS 2000. She won a Shellie Award for On the Town and The Scarlet Pimpernel, and received Shellie nominations for six additional productions. She has also costumed Broadway reviews for DRAA’s fall gala, designed for companies, including Center Stage Theatre and costumed ten years of Acalanes High School productions.
