Donors attended a “Backstage Bash” at the Lesher Center for the Arts on Friday, February 25 during the run of The Drowsy Chaperone. In appreciation for their support, guests participated in a behind-the-scenes tour led by Production Stage Manager Georgia Taylor Benedict and were greeted by members of the cast, crew, and orchestra along the way. The tour allowed donors to not only explore the intricate set of The Drowsy Chaperone but also included prop tables, backstage areas, dressing rooms and costumes, the sound booth, and the green room. After the tour, donors enjoyed a lobby reception and chatted with Diablo Theatre Company staff, Board, and Artistic Committee members.
